Lee Coombs spending Xmas in Oz

Renowned for his unique jackin’ style of breakbeat infused with acid house, Lee Coombs is heading back to Australia this December for another run of shows around the country that sees him celebrating Christmas Day on Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach and Boxing Day at Perth’s massive Breakfest event.

Although he’s been on the electronic music scene since the late 80s, Coombs received widespread acclaim around the turn of the millennium with several album and 12” releases on UK breakbeat label Finger Lickin’. He’s since struck out on his own with his Thrust record label imprint, and has continued to forge an enviable reputation amongst the burgeoning tech-funk scene, standing alongside Meat Katie as one of the scene’s most notable identities.
