Some people say that the annual Rainbow Serpent festival is one of those events you have to ‘try before you die’. So, whether you’re a hardened bush doof veteran, or a city slicker who wants to get a taste of how things are done outside and under the stars, be sure to give Rainbow Serpent 2008 some consideration as it’s shaping up to be one of the best years yet for the famous festival.

The event has been around since 1997, and in addition to the well known standard of outdoor parties; pumping psy-trance… they’ve also got an array of diverse musical acts that’s likely to whet the appetite of most electronic music fans. In addition to psy, you can lose yourself in cutting edge progressive, electro, house, breaks, dub and ambient sounds, with artists from around Australia and the world heading down under over the January 25 to 28 long weekend.
