If you hadn’t yet bought a ticket for Perth’s annual breakbeat Boxing Day bonanza, then you might want to back away from your computer now and take a few deep breaths…

Yes, Breakfest 2007 has sold out (as it has a tendancy to do!), so it’s shaping up to be a massive day of fun in the sun at Belvoir Ampitheatre this December 26th.

Winner of Best Event in the 2006 and 2007 inthemix50 awards, set times and vital event info has been announced, so get yourself prepared for the day ahead by checking it out below.

• You all know that when the clock strikes 10.59, the music MUST STOP – so enjoy the encore as there won’t be any “one more, one more!”

• 18+ event : Photo ID essential

• This year there will be a new entry station into the event. Park your cars as normal and follow the signs!

• The demand for shuttle buses is minimal, however there will be a service leaving from Guilford Train Station at 1.30pm and 2.30pm with the return legs leaving Belvoir at 10.00pm and 11.00pm SHARP. Don’t miss the last bus or you will miss the last train. Look for the ‘Down Under’ Double Decker.

• Food will be available along with Fruity Fanatics and other vendors.

• Familiarise yourself with the location of the First Aid Station.

• No BYO alcohol. Word from the Belvoir Amphitheatre is that “STRICTLY NO ESKIES OR PICNIC BASKETS ARE ALLOWED INTO THE VENUE”. You are however allowed to bring in a “small bag or backpack” and expect to have it “respectfully inspected upon entry”. Empty soft plastic 600ml bottles, small packages of food and single size pillows/cushions will be allowed this year (at the discretion of the venue).

• ‘NO PASS OUT’ event. Sorry, but them’s the rules!

• We have been assured that potable water is available from a large tank with drinking fountains which will be situated inside the grounds.

• The Official After Party will be at Ambar – $10 general entry.

• The Boomtick Merchandise Tent will have T-shirts, caps and Breakfest stubbie holders for sale as well as free posters. Free sunscreen will also be available.

• The Cloakroom facility will be situated adjacent to the entrance, opposite the Breakaway stage.

• There will be eftpos facilities available in the main bar

• If you have purchased your tickets through Moshtix please remember your correct ID

• MOST IMPORTANTLY: respect yourselves, those around you and the environment.
