The Adelaide east-end parklands rarely play host to a party of this calibre. In the wake of last Summer’s explosive Future Music Festval, get ready for Summer Break: an oasis of sunshine and beats to help you glide through the eye of the festive storm.

With the majority of acts announced, the drawcards are in place for breakbeat lovers of all tempos. For the hip hop heads, local legends Funkoars represent on the back of a stellar year in the biz. Australian and World ranking DMC heavyweight turntablist Staen-1 is set to spin, as is the old-school World DMC legend, Q-Bert. This man has some serious skills behind the decks, and has to be seen to believed.

The DnB lineup is dripping with talent, as the UK heads storm in: TC, MC Jakes, Calyx, Logistics, Commix,
Mampi Swift and MC IC3. TeeBee flies in from Norway with some scratch turntable skills of his own too, while Noisia makes the journey to escape the Dutch winter, representing the darker side of European dnb. For those who like it live, Melbourne’s dons of live DnB K’Oscillate have just been added to the already strong bill, which features local favourites The Levitators, The Beatsmugglers and The New White Sneakers.
