There’s been whispers of this one for ages, but now it’s locked with the date and venue confirmed. In addition to his keenly awaited slot on the Future Music Festival lineup, Germany’s Sven Vath will also be playing a sideshow at Queensbridge on Friday February 29th. And not only that, he’ll be joined by Steve Bug and Gui Boratto! Wow, that’s a lineup to die for if ever there was one…

As one of the undisputed heavyweights of the German clubbing scene, Sven Vath has been at it since the early 80sand today is one of the most enduring names in minimal techno. He’s the main man behind the Cocoon brand, which includes the renowned record label, a booking agency and probably one of the world’s most state-of-the-art nightclubs (read up about it HERE). And his musical cohorts for the evening aren’t to be scoffed at either: Steve Bug is another leading name in minimal, walking the fine line between techno and house with his Poker Flat record label while Gui Borratto has been one of the most talked about producers over the past 12 months with his critically acclaimed Chromophobia album, featuring the club smash Beautiful Life.

Now there’s a party that’ll make your interstate dance music siblings mighty jealous!

That’s right… Sven Vath, Steve Bug and Gui Boratto all on the same bill! Tickets on sale on ITM from Wednesday February 6th. And peek below for some footage of Mar Vath doing his thing…

Nobody has hearted this, be the first Be the first!
