Perth adds more acts for Future Music Festival

The future of dance music festivals in Australia was considered alive and well when the Chemical Brothers were announced as headliners for the 2008 Future Music Festival tour. Not to be outdone, there’s also the legendary John Digweed, German techno pioneer Sven Vath, and the one and only S-Man Roger Sanchez. Hip hop’s MC of the moment Aesop Rock is also on board, as well as 2006 Mixmag #1 DJ Eddie Halliwell, Ninja Tune turntablist Kid Koala, and muppet mash-up champion DJ Yoda. Now it’s time for round two! New acts include Datarock (live), Evil Nine, Carl Kennedy and The Potbelleez (live), who join the best locals that Perth has to offer; Kriece, Micah vs Ben Mac, Kenny L, Adam Kelly, Junior, Travis, Mick Zing and Darren Briais.
