Having gone onsale at 1pm on Tuesday February 12th, tickets for Tiesto hotly anticipated return to Sydney are literally walking out the door, with less than 1,000 now remaining for the Saturday May 3rd event. inthemix sold out of its allocation within hours, and the last remaining tickets are available only through Ticketek.

Taking place at the Hordern Pavilion, this will be the biggest headline show the Dutch trance legend has played in Sydney and will also be his first ‘In Concert’ event as part of the world ‘Elements of Life’ tour. The problem is: Not only people from Sydney lives in Sydney... I'm from Brasil and you have no idea how big Trance and Psy-Trance is... If you wanna feel the real energy of Brazilian people it will be in Sydney for sure... Do you have idea how many shows Tiesto has performed in Brazil??? The crowd of Brasil was bigger than the Australia population... I don't care, I would love to see him in Melbourne as well, but I was told that Meulbourne's venue is crap. By the way, how can australian organazers put him to play in places like those in Brisbane, Melbourne and also here in Sydney? In my opinion, Olympic par would be the best choice... Alexandre.

Sydney is full of 'kids', you know, the fluro wearing kind and they all listen to House music which they think is WAY cool over any other type of dance music, but they don't realise some of the tracks they listen to are actually trance tracks remixed to House. :P

sydney kids cool? are you kidding me? fluoro isn't cool, never has been, never will. nor is flannel. it's cheap, and should only, if ever, be worn on a cold winter's night or for felling trees. not to mention cloning the bloke next to you; what's cool about that? let the masses enjoy their shitty music, we all know what it's really about...........

I would put it down to no one in Sydney apart from some that checked Tiestos website or check ITM on the 12th would of know- Most of my friends didnt know and they are huge fans! Also Transmission only sent out email at 7pm- 6hrs after tixs went on sale! And yes, drop an old trance track remix in a house set and the 'kids' go nuts- silly silly kids! I want the old Sydney culture back!

I concur that the Melbourne venue is absolutely crapola. Olympic Park or Vodafone Arena would have been much more suitable venues... fans will be peeved as it will sell out way too quickly...

You know whats worse than little electro kids in fluro going to tiesto, losers who buy tickets and then sell them on ebay for double the money. It's just not fair. I hope all the scalpers get busted.
