Running in conjunction with Red Bull Music Academy Radio, Melbourne’s leg of the Laneway Festival have just taken the wraps off a brand new stage for the sold out 2008 event. Aptly titled the Underground stage, it features an array of scintillating electronic acts, all of whom are leaders and highly regarded in their respective scenes.

If you’re heading along to Laneway, be sure to check out the stage throughout the day as you’ll be able to catch techno-rave-electro-drum-n-bass master Plaid, as well as Mark Pritchard performing his Harmonic 313 moniker. Also on board is new Warp signing Flying Lotus, Baltimore’s Dan Deacon, and many more.

To coincide with the release of details for the new Underground stage, a limited number of tickets for the festival have also been put onsale! They’re available now from St Jerome’s bar on Caledonian Lane, but get in quick.

Nobody has hearted this, be the first Be the first!
