Punters frustrated by Good Vibrations' wristband mix-up

In the wake of Saturday’s Sydney leg of the Good Vibrations festival, here at inthemix we’ve found the forums, news and feedback section awash with comments from many angry punters disappointed with elements of the event’s organisation. Festival goers who arrived at Centennial Park between the hours of 5-6pm were made to wait for up to an hour as wristbands given upon entry had run out.

It’s left many Good Vibes punters feeling frustrated and upset, with comments posted in the ITM Forums ranging from confused (“from an objective point of view… if the festival was sold out how can you run out of wrist bands?”), through to downright furious (“I had to wait for 1hr for a wristband which never came. They ran out of wristbands!”)

ITM contacted the event’s publicist this morning and was advised by a spokesperson that any punter seeking to make a complaint can email Jam Music, the tour promoter, directly at info@jammusic.com.au.

in the many years that i have been attending festivals in sydney, Good Vibes 2008 was without a doubt the worst one i have ever been to.....Entry in to the event was as bad as it was at homebush with Nevereverland tour..which was organised by Modular.....
