Kink host Funkagenda at The Cross

Things have indeed been quiet for the Kink crew over the past few months. After finishing up their run of weekly nights at the Arthouse in October last year, they’ve kept a pretty low profile as preparations continue for the hotly anticipated opening of their new venue, Nevermind.

Having held a few one-off parties around the place, including DJ Falcon at Cabana Bar in December and Moguai at Oxford Arts Factory in January, they’ve just announced another special event to keep the Kink faithful satisfied. On Saturday March 1st the Kink crew will take over The Cross to host the Sydney return of Funkagenda.

Funkagenda’s reputation is growing fast on the international house scene, having released tracks on labels like Subliminal, Positiva and Toolroom. If you’d like to know what’s in store check out this recent DJ mix by the man, streaming now in ITM-FM.
