Ben Cousins, the disgraced West Coast Eagles AFL player (although, truth be told, in many circles he’s revered as something of a ‘god’), was spotted over the weekend making himself new friends in the VIP lounge at the Good Vibrations festival in Sydney, Saturday February 16th.

Reports indicate Cousins talked his way into the backstage bar, as Good Vibrations representatives have stated he was not officially invited to the event. The VIP area, hosted by MTV, went into a spin when Cousins appeared, with a spokesperson telling various media that his entry “created a real buzz in the room because he’s such a well-known party boy.”

Cousins is said to have left the event at 8.30pm, just prior to Kanye West’s headline performance. Sydney Confidential, however, reports that he still found time while chilling out in the VIP area to make a few trips to the bathroom…
