The Winter Music Conference is the dance and electronic music scene’s largest annual industry networking event, taking place in Miami every March. Last year inthemix was there on the ground to cover everything that went on (or as much as we could handle!), and in 2008 we’ll once again be bringing as much of the action to you as possible.

Far from being a stuffy conference where a bunch of old guys in suits sit around talking about ‘the state of the industry’, WMC is a week-long party that has every DJ, producer, live performer, record label and dance scene pundit worth their salt all in Miami spruiking their wares. There are pool parties, club events, the massive Ultra Music Festival, and all sorts of interesting panels, discussions and seminars throughout the week.

Each day ITM’s reporter on the ground Kris-Ko will update us on all the action, with words, pictures and video from all the hottest WMC parties and events. As a taste, this is what he’s got on the smorgasbord throughout the week:
