That’s right, the Sydney and Brisbane leg of the upcoming Pnau tour have completely sold out of tickets, with a lot of the other shows not too far behind. Seems like after their smashing presence in the Boiler Room on the Big Day Out tour (dancing fruit and all), that there’s just as much enthusiasm as ever for the live Australian dance act.

Pnau shook the world up with the release of their 2001 album Sambanova, but after the release of 2003’s Again, things went a little quiet for the band. But the silence was finally broken with last year’s self-titled release. From its twelve tracks came the festival-ruling single Wild Strawberries, a song that captures their new noisy electro sound quite effectively. Pnau are certainly back in a big way!
