2007 was a momentous year for Sydney based MC Urthboy, with his second album ‘The Signal’ gaining several album of the year nominations (J Award, AMP Award and two AIR Awards), and his track ‘We Get Around’ coming in at #25 of Triple J’s Hottest 100.

Also a member of celebrated hip-hop crew The Herd – who incidentally have a new single out now called ‘The King Is Dead!’ – Urthboy has announced he’s squeezing in one final headline show solo-style this year.

It’ll happen in Sydney at the Oxford Art Factory on Thursday May 15th, and will see Urthboy performing alongside Elgusto, Jane Tyrrell, The Tongue and Ozi Batla, with supports from Thundamentals, Nikkita & Suckerpunch and Prince V.
