Coming off a massive year in 2007 with their album ‘Rude Mechanical’, Kiwi electronica duo Pitch Black have decided to re-release their first two LPs, so keen fans can get a history lesson. This will be the first time the albums have been available in Australia, with ‘Future Proof’ and ‘Electronomicon’ getting some extra special treatment. They’re entirely re-mastered so they sound better than the original releases, and they also include a number of hard to find remixes. To mark the milestone, they’ll be visiting Australia over the coming weeks for a run of shows along the east coast.
Pitch Black tour dates:
Sat 26th Apr – Groovin The Moo, Newcastle
Sun 27th Apr – Bald Faced Stag Hotel, Sydney
Fri 2nd May – Hobart Fringe Closing Party, Hobart
Sat 3rd May – Miss Libertines, Melbourne
