It’s been all quiet on the western front for Australia’s finest bastions of good-time electro-pop of late, with Sneaky Sound System locked away in the studio working on their eagerly anticipated sophomore album. It’ll be no mean feat following on from their wildly successful debut, but if anyone can do it, it’s the Sneaky crew!

The album is appropriately titled ‘2’, and it’s set for release on August 16th – two years to the day after their debut was unleashed! As a preview of what’s to come they’ve got the first single ‘Kansas City’ at radio now, and they’ll be playing international festivals Glastonbury and Oxegen in the coming weeks.

By the time August rolls around they’ll make their triumphant return home, where they’ll embark on an Australian tour to launch the new album. The ‘2’ Tour (say that 10 times fast…) is proudly presented by inthemix, and it’s set to hit Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Indie kids the Dukes of Windsor will be playing support at all shows.
