Sounds launch Idle Hands at Chinese Laundry

The latest addition to Chinese Laundry’s new Friday night rotation Yum Cha, the Sounds crew have announced they’ll be kicking off a monthly residency in August. Called Idle Hands, it follows their success with Minimal Fuss and uber-festival We Love Sounds, so you can be assured it’ll maintain their fine musical pedigree.

Idle Hands launches on Friday August 8th, with the first party featuring the Sweat It Out label’s super fresh electro duo Act Yo Age, as well as James Taylor, Jeff Drake and Subskii in the main room, while Pete Nouveau, Telefunken and Baz serve up driving tech in the Cave.
