Undoubtedly one of the most unique identities on the UK hip-hop scene, Dizzee Rascal is heading back to Australia for his second tour of 2008 as one of the headline artists of the Parklife festival. It won’t come a moment too soon for Dizzee’s local fans, as the rapper is riding high on the success of his latest single Dance Wiv Me, which features Calvin Harris and has topped the UK charts for more than a month. The track is released on Dizzee’s own Dirtee Stank label, and a sure fire sign that he remains a force to be reckoned with. If you’ve been hoping for some sideshow Dirtee Stank with Dizzee, your prayers have been answered, as he’s squeezing in two club shows proudly presented by Viv Lees and inthemix!
