There’s no denying Goldfrapp are responsible for some of the most enchanting music to have been released in years gone by, and in a few weeks time they’ll descend on Australia for a long awaited tour as the headline act on this year’s Parklife festival. It’ll be their first visit to Australia since debuting at Splendour in the Grass in 2003, so it’s been a while between drinks!

In the years since they’ve released two albums, Supernature in 2005 and Seventh Tree earlier in 2008, both of which continued the Goldfrapp journey following critically acclaimed LPs Felt Mountain (2000) and Black Cherry (2003). If you’d been praying they’d take time out of the Parklife tour for solo dates, your wish has been granted, as exclusive performances have been locked in for Sydney and Melbourne.

Thu Oct 2nd – Sydney, Sydney Opera House Concert Hall
