Civic Hotel calling for new talent

New Sydney resident Clive Morley – of London’s Platform 12 and TDK Cross Central Festival fame – has taken over as Entertainment Manager at the Civic Hotel after a successful 6 month stint at Ladylux. He’s put the call out to interested DJs, live acts and promoters who have ideas for new nights at the venue, so if you’ve got something in mind you can drop an email to clive@clivemorley.com.

The Civic has recently undergone a refurbishment to its underground space, with a new soundsystem now installed that’s touted as one of Australia’s best. In October the ground floor will also be given an update, and lets not forget the upstairs terrace that’s one of the inner city’s best rooftops.

Glad to see someone new has taken the reins in this domain.....any thoughts on whether this will be a postitive or negative thing???
