Do you spend most of your time browsing ITM’s news section for the latest festival updates, or blagging on the forums about the ups (and downs) of the latest multi-stage event? Well, it’s time for the rest of Australia to hear what you have to say, with voting now open in the first ever Festival Awards.
Presented by our sister-site FasterLouder.com.au, all you have to do is head over to the Festival Awards site and place your vote. It ain’t just a popularity contest either, as festivals will be ranked on their overall average score – not the total number of votes given – which means the little guys can throw their hat in the ring along with the big boys. It also means all festivals nationwide have a fair chance of winning, and not just the eastern states!
What’s in it for you? Well, other than knowing you’ll be giving props to your most loved festival, you will also go into the draw to win tickets, flights and accommodation to the event that’s voted Australia’s favourite festival.
