Each year Valley Fiesta heralds the presence of spring and the coming blitz of summer. With the entire Valley Precinct, from local businesses, to bars, clubs and restaurants going all out to celebrate spring’s coming, there will be plenty of festive spirit in the air thanks to the mass of entertainment on offer.

2008 will be no different when Valley Fiesta hits September 12–14, and a slew of local and interstate live music, drag queens, interactive performances, electronica acts, DJs and cultural displays of fire dancing, dancing and art installation will be in and around the Brunswick Street Mall. The entertainment levels will be raised as all of Fortitude Valley jump in on the occasion.

Bands for Valley Fiesta include End Of Fashion and The Boat People, along with a stack of DJs, like Ajax, Christian Moy, Paul Ison, DJ Ak47, Alastair Green, Danny T, Hump Day Project, Act Yo Age, DJ Pete Smith, Teenage Bad Girl and Australia’s brand new #1 inthemix50 DJ Tydi.
