The response from ITMers when it was revealed that uplifting trance overlord Armin van Buuren would headline Summafieldayze 2009 was one of unbridled enthusiasm. Coming way out of left field, the announcement caught a lot of people off guard (including us!), and when seeing Armin’s name up there alongside fellow headliners Underworld, Ferry Corsten and Eric Prydz… well let’s just say there’s quite a few interstaters booking flights and accommodation for the Gold Coast festival in early January.

Also on board for Summafieldayze 2009, Digitalism, Busy P, Calvin Harris, Adam Freeland, Switch, Boys Noize and heaps more. Tickets went onsale today, Wednesday September 24 at 9am, and with such a strong line-up it’s not expected they’ll last long. Don’t delay if this is how you’d like to spend the first weekend of 2009, head to the ITM shop and grab yours before they’re all gone!
