Southbound call for DJs

Want to DJ at Southbound 2009? If you’d like to be part of the fun, Sunset Events are calling on DJs who’d like to perform at the festival.

They are looking for a spicy selection of vinyl fiddlers, ranging from groove to funk, house and breaks, all willing to play several performance areas and stages throughout the festival’s duration. There’s the Groove Tent (Friday), the Coconut Club (Saturday) and the Lounge Stage (Friday & Saturday). Percussion can be accommodated and is indeed encouraged!

If you are interested in performing at Southbound all you need to do is complete an application form on the website at www.sunsetevents.com.au. Remember to attach your production specs (a picture of your set-up or a list of requirements) and then return it to ali@sunsetevents.com.au absoultely no later than 5pm, Monday 20th October, 2008.

If you have never DJed for Sunset Events before, please also post a CD of your standard set to:
