How’d you like to get a feel for Hollywood circa 1940 right here in Sydney? Well, on Thursday November 20th at Fringe Bar you could, with the Smirnoff Mule Lounge setting up shop for one night only.

The origins of the Moscow Mule were set when John Martin and Jack Morgan joined forces and paired their oversupply of vodka and ginger beer with fresh lime. The resulting concoction became one of Hollywood’s favourite drinks throughout the 1940s.

Music will be provided by legendary selector Russ Dewbury (this man has a record collection that quite likely stretches back that far!), but the attention will be on what’s going on behind the bar, as mixologists will show guests how to make the iconic Moscow Mule drink themselves.

Stay tuned to ITM for updates.
