The list of labels Robert Babicz has worked with reads like a who’s who of cutting edge European electronic music, with releases so far on Systematic, Kompakt, Audiomatique, BPitch Control and stacks more. Babicz is known for his austere use of analogue equipment, some of it as old as the 60s and 70s.
After the success of his debut visit in June, 2007, which saw Babicz so enamored with Melbourne in particular – he wrote a track dedicated to the city! – it’ll come as welcome news that he’s heading back with his live show in late November and early December.
