Thanks to local heroes The Likes of You and Soma Corp, two heavyweights of the underground scene – Luciano and Robert Babicz – will join forces for a night of deep techno, electro and minimal at Brown Alley this weekend.

Luciano’s label Cadenza has proved to be a veritable force in the electronic music world, while Robert Babicz (aka Rob Acid) is a Cologne-based pioneer and innovative minimalist who will bring his distinctive and individual live act.

Joining them will be class acts from the Melbourne techno scene – notably Christian Vance. With his first two EPs launching at the end of this month, on Swiss label Perspectiv and new Melbourne label Haul Music, his live show is also one not to be missed.
