Who would you most like to see tour our wide brown land? It’s always a hot topic of discussion on the inthemix forums (check this thread for proof – it’s been going since 2007!), and whether it’s an act who hasn’t yet made the trip down under or simply someone who hasn’t made a visit in quite some time, there’s no doubt a stack of names on your ‘must see before I die’ list.

Call us a bunch of careless dreamers, but here at ITM HQ we thought it would be a fun exercise in wishful thinking to compile a list of the acts we’ve got our fingers (and toes) crossed will make a visit sometime in 2009. Promoters of Australia take note; if you’ve got any of the following in the works, we love you long time..!

> Click here for the inthemix countdown of tours we would most like to see happen in 2009!

Did we miss your favourite act off the list? Be sure to let us know who you’re hankering to see in 2009 by posting a comment below.

If Massive Attack come back...I am there! Faithless would be a perfect headliner for Good Vibes Festival 2010. How about The Fugees reform and head down under, that would be awesome! Also: Roots Manuva? The Herbaliser? Propellerheads? Coldcut? Eric B

I think we all agree that it's time Faithless must tour solo and that Eric Prydz needs to re-think arriving here ever again after New Year's letdown. the rest would be nice but are not essential and are too many to name....
