Currently in Australia on his first ever visit, American producer Morgan Page is taking some time out of his busy tour schedule to meet his fans and provide a demonstration of the revolutionary new Allen & Heath Xone:4D mixer, of which he’s an ambassador.

It all goes down at DJ Warehouse in Leichhardt on Wednesday March 18th, 6.30pm-8.30pm. The Xone:4D is said to be Allen & Heath’s most powerful and innovative mixer yet; and it functions as an analogue DJ mixer with over 100 MIDI controls, as well as a solid and qualitative 20-channel USB 2.0 soundcard.

Page is said to know the 4D inside out, and he uses it at all his gigs so you can be assured he’ll have some handy tips and tricks to pass on. There’ll also be headphones giveaways at the event, as well as drinks and special deals on products, so if you’re interested in finding out more be sure to pencil it in.

he's actually still in transition - using the 3D for gigs with the 4D still at home. He mentioned to me the 4D still has some bugs. He definitely would know a lot about both tho...

morgan here - actually, the 4D is quite solid w/ no bugs so far, although I am running an older computer. Brought the 3D with me on tour in Australia 'cause I knew Qantas would make me check it, and sure enough - they've already dented the damn thing!

^^^ Pelican cases dude, check 'em out online, they're the bees knees! I freight various sensitive electronic equipment all over the country (for the lab I work for) inside these beauty's and we haven't had any dramas yet. Hope this helps.
