Have you seen the YouTube clip currently doing the rounds of Vanilla Ice apologising for his 1989 hit Ice Ice Baby? If not check it out below, it certainly had us entertained. Turns out it’s part of a campaign for Virgin Mobile – ads running on ITM at the moment – who are seeking to ‘Right Music Wrongs’ (a noble cause if ever we’ve heard it!), and in a rather interesting turn of events it’s been revealed the man himself will appear in Sydney this weekend at the V Festival.

Exactly what Vanilla Ice does at the event is still up in the air. It’s said he’ll either apologise to everyone in person, or he’ll perform Ice Ice Baby onstage. It’s all dependent on the poll which is currently underway on rightmusicwrongs.org. Feel free to vote, if you’re so inclined… As nice as it is that he’s seeking to make amends, we’re sorta intrigued to see him perform onstage. The dilemma!
