A rumour begun circulating this week that Armin van Buuren had pulled the plug on his forthcoming Australian tour.

With five shows scheduled across the country in the first week of June, understandably this would have left quite a few dance fans upset, so in the interest of laying these fears to rest we got in touch with Armin’s tour promoter Future Entertainment to find out if there was any truth to the gossip.

“We have just noticed the thread and want to confirm Armin’s tour for June,” Brett Robinson of Future Entertainment told inthemix. “Armin has spent that past two June long weekends with us, in 2007 and 2008. He loves that period and it’s almost tradition now. He is very much looking forward to the tour!”
