As if the prospect of seeing hip hop legends De La Soul backed by a 10 piece band on their upcoming tour of Australia to celebrate their 20th anniversary wasn’t exciting enough, the deal has been made that much sweeter with the addition of Cut Chemist, the ex-Jurassic 5/Ozomatli turntablist and longtime DJ Shadow collaborator, to the bill.

Obviously taking cues from De La’s special setup for the Australian tour, Cut Chemist is also pulling out all the stops, bringing his unique cut and scratch audio-visual 3 piece live show to add that extra oomph to the overall experience. Cut Chemist will play all shows with De La Soul except Adelaide and the Groovin The Moo festival dates.
