The biggest entry to the festival calendar for 2010 is here, and tomorrow morning... [more]
It’s just a little over a week until voting opens for this year’s Sony inthemix50, so you can imagine things are really starting to heat up. Set your reminder for Monday June 29th, because that’s when you’ll be able to cast your vote!
For all the DJs, producers and promoters out there, you can now also grab all the online tools needed to promote yourself in this year’s poll. Not to be outdone, we’ve just taken the wraps off our massive 23-date club tour that will see inthemix50 taking it to the nation throughout July!
Nightclubs around the country will be well and truly stamped with the inthemix50 name throughout the voting period, with the tour representing the multifaceted beast that is Australia’s rich clubbing scene. Events feature everything from mainroom house to progressive, peaktime trance, underground techno and much more. It features an impressive selection of our most popular names, alongside some of Australia’s freshest new talent.
In terms of who is going to dominate this year’s poll – all bets are off in 2009, with last year’s results representing a changing of guard. It subsequently ramped up the stakes of unpredictability, as after dominating the inthemix50 with two consecutive wins, Ajax gave way to Brisbane’s trance young gun Tydi.
So who is your #1 Australian DJ? Voting for the Sony inthemix50 opens Monday 29th June, and July will officially be known as the ‘month of inthemix50’. Check out the full tour schedule below.
