Having just left Australian shores after annihilating clubs nationwide on their Outrage tour for Onelove and Hardware, hardcore fans of Italian noise-merchants The Bloody Beetroots will no doubt be aware they don’t have to wait too long to see them again, with the duo set to return down under later in 2009 for the Stereosonic festival tour.

The most ardent Beetroot enthusiasts, however, should also be clued up on their brand new mix CD for Onelove, taking care of the Backroom disc of the forthcoming Smash Your Stereo release (scheduled to drop July 10th). They line up alongside local chap Andy Murphy of Citylife and fellow European artist Juan Kidd for Onelove’s mid-winter annual release.

If you were up the front sweating it out at any of the Beetroots’ shows over the past few weeks and would like to have a little piece of the guys to call your very own be sure to enter our exclusive comp now online. We managed to get three copies of Smash Your Stereo signed by the Beetroot boys before they left the country, and we’re told these were the only one they got around to adding their autograph to so they’re incredibly limited!

Heard their mix on Triple J and threw up in my mouth. My sphincter could do a better job DJing.

Radio mixes are often pretty poo. Not sure why though... probably due to some commericial influences

Also Gouldy, I agree, but that's no excuse. Zabiela and MDX did pretty good jobs on the exact same station.
