It was just last week that ITM reported on the demise of underground synth punks turned disco housers Damn Arms (read about it here). As disappointing as the news was, it had been on the cards for quite some time, with creative unrest at the core of the split. Although we won’t see any more material from the now defunct group, there is one final release on the cards to farewell the fallen Damn Arms.

Overseen by the party starting crew over at Bang Gang 12 Inches, the remix EP for the band’s final single, Destination, is packed with a staggering array of remixes. Paying tribute to the duo are the likes of Munk, Jaunt, DerDieDas (a side project for Digitalism and our favourite mix of the bunch!) and Bang Gang themselves. The digital package also includes remixes from Cassian, Ted & Francis, Riggarutz and also remix contest winners Mitzi.

The EP is already starting to do the rounds so hit up the big online outlets like Juno Download to get a piece of the action and see the group off in style.

Nobody has hearted this, be the first Be the first!
