After the hugely successful Earthdance last year, the community-focused event is back for its 11th year for yet another day to celebrate peace through dance on Sunday 27th September. Although entry was ridiculously cheap last year and fantastic value for money, the Earthdance crew have topped that this year with free entry and a quality line-up of sounds such as dub, positive hip-hop, funky progressive electronica, and psy trance from both our local shores and overseas.

With the headliner yet to be announced, so far Sun Control Species (from IBOGA Records) along with Jamie Stevens are just a few of the big names on the line-up. It’s also a family affair with various activities, workshops, performers, markets and more on offer. What makes this an even better day out is that you know that all Earthdance events give at least half of their profits to charities of their choice. They’re completely non-for-profit and run on a volunteer basis.

And if you can’t make Earthdance Melbourne, then there’s also an Earthdance happening in Gippsland from 25th to 27th of September that also has a solid line-up for a small price.

Earthdance Melbourne returns on Sunday 27th September , Clifton Reserve, in Brunswick. Check out the lineup below…

Lol. This isn't a psy party guys, it's an eclectic music fest.... and generally not knowing a lineup doesn't mean it's crap, it means your opinion is uninformed. We've got some great beats, from ones of Australia's best trip hop dj's, to Jamie Stevens f

Lol indeed! Acid on a Sunday doesn't really seem like the best idea! I'm keen! It's free and I love events where you don't know many artists as you have low expectations and are more open to having your mind blown. Seriously, whats the point of rating a
