There were two clear winners during August for the most read articles on ITM; or should we say, two equally stacked titans that duked it out for domination over the course of the month. There can only be one winner, and the massive lineup announcement for the Stereosonic festival won in the end; and it’s no surprise either, as it was a doozy of a collection of artists. Tiesto came in at a respectable #2 with the announcement for his ‘Kaleidoscope’ Australian tour, with the ‘teaser’ news items for the duo taking out the third and fourth positions as well.

The top five was rounded out by the announcement of Harbourlife details, while special mention must go to the announcement of the Sony inthemix50 results at #6, something else that also dominated the site during August. And it’s also clear that summer is coming; rounding out the top 20 were plenty of lineup leaks, festival tidbits and on-sale announcements, showing that out thirst for the party season to come is basically insatiable…
