Future Entertainment have revealed the amazing lineup of dance artists who will be playing at their flagship Summadayze event on New Years Day in Melbourne – and you can be sure it’s a pretty good indication of what the rest of the country will also be enjoying during the opening days of 2010. The Melbourne party will be one of four events across the country this year, with the tour also taking in gigs in Brisbane, Perth and for the very first time, Adelaide.

This year’s Summadayze lineup lives up to Future Entertainment’s reputation for delivering a cracking list of DJ/producers to help bring in the New Year, and perhaps more than any other recent festival tour, it’s a lineup that’s grounded squarely in dance and DJ culture. Techno, trance, house, disco, breakbeat – all the major genres are covered here, ensuring there’s something for dance fans of all persuasions.

Heading up the lineup is clubbing mainstay Carl Cox, who’s famously made Melbourne his home over the past few years, as well as mash-up kings 2manydjs. Supporting them in house and progressive will be Sharam, Mark Knight, Danny Howells, Nic Fanciulli and loads more. Trance fans get looked after with Eddie Halliwell, Infected Mushroom and Menno De Jong, electro and fidget fans get Sinden and Fake Blood, and that’s just getting started…
