The first round of the Stereosonic Festival onslaught on Australian punters has come and gone, landing in Sydney and Perth over the weekend and playing host to smashing performances from some of the finest performers across the dance spectrum. From Deadmau5 hitting the stage on a golf buggy while sporting mouse head a plastered with an Oz flag, to Axwell jumping on the mic and getting everybody’s hearts beating, to Laurent Garnier winning over the chinscratchers in the Sneaker Peeps arena and the Bloody Beetroots causing complete and utter mayhem wherever they went, there was something for dance fans of all persuasions at the Stereosonic shows over the weekend.
