While it’s unfortunate that the Adelaide Alive gig in South Australia went “Pete Tong” for New Year’s Eve – cancelled due to low ticket sales – Queensland can revel in the news that the legendary UK DJ will now be launching 2010 from the Gold Coast!

Platinum Nightclub snapped up the BBC Radio 1 mainstay, with the one and only Pete Tong to feature in the club’s newly refurbished main room. He’ll be bringing a slice of Ibiza to the Sunshine State alongside locals Raye Antonelli, Tenzin and Craig Roberts.

This will surely be a memorable night for the Gold Coast, as one of the world’s greatest superstar DJs sets the decks on fire. Check out ITM Whatson for more info!.
