After a sold-out Australian tour back in 2008, dream machine Mark Farina is coming back for more – playing just one Melbourne show at the Prince of Wales on February 19th.

Most notably known for his deep house stylings, as well as his famous Mushroom Jazz side project series, Farina is regarded as a one of the key figures in the Chicago and San Francisco house scenes. These roots strongly influence his live sets which are said to “take fans on journeys to the jazzy side of Chicago House mixed San Fran style”.

Punters at this exclusive event will also be treated to appearances by aNyO, James Belias, Ant J Steep, Sam Deluxe, Pauli Cutin, David V, Justin NG, Matt Kovic, Joe Boyer, Mike Gurrieri and Kris. Reviews of Farina’s last Australian shows described his set as a “good balance between soul and funk infused cuts with some more modern, electronic selections which really kept things interesting and in an effective groove”.
