Playground Weekender is exactly one month away, and with only apparently a handful of tickets left for purchase the organisers have sprinkled a little more icing on the cake, announcing the addition of local heroes Bluejuice, along with OK Go from the US for the indie rock fans. They’ll play alongside other additions like Mista Savona & Prince Alla, Nickodemus, Lost Valentinos and King Tide And The Holidays who have also been added to the bill.

The Playground Weekender, now in its 4th year and the winner of the Festival Award’s “Best Crowd and Atmosphere” category in both 2008 and 2009, is held on the banks of NSW’s beautiful Hawkesbury River and with a massive lineup that already includes the likes of Orbital, Gui Borratto, Steve Lawler, Lupe Fiasco, LTJ Bukem and heaps more, this year’s Weekender is bound to be one of the best yet.

Playground Weekender will take place from 18 to 21 February 2010 at the Del Rio Resort, Wisemans Ferry, NSW.
