We already knew the Bacardi Express would be returning this year, as Australia’s only music festival on a train, but in 2010 it’ll be going ‘off the Rails’ for the first time for a series of exclusive sideshows featuring none other than Art vs. Science, the party-starting trio currently flying high on their success in the ‘Hottest 100’. It’ll be a chance for punters in Perth, Adelaide and Albury to sample the fun before the band jets off to Brisbane to board the Bacardi Express.
ITM is giving one up-and-coming DJ talent the opportunity open for Arty vs. Science as the official support DJ for the tour. You’ll play all three dates with all your travel and accommodation covered, and you’ll also get to take a mate along for the ride (not to mention hanging out with the band). The competition is open now for entries – finalists will be selected by ITM and Arts vs. Science themselves, and they’ll then be put posted online for public voting, so stay tuned.
Keen to head to an ‘Off the Rails’ sideshow? All you need to do is head into one of the Perth, Adelaide and Albury venues where the shows will be going down, and purchase a Bacardi for your chance to win tickets.
