A veritable legend on the global turntablist scene, DJ Kentaro is heading back to Australia in March and he’ll play a one-off exclusive show in Sydney on Saturday March 27th at The Forum. inthemix is proud as punch to be a presenting partner!

As is de rigeur for many who – like Kentaro – reach the heady heights of turntablist notoriety (he won the 2002 DMC World Championships, so you know he’s got the skills to pay the bills), the Japanese master turned his back on the scene a few years ago to focus on other aspects of his musical arsenal.

The results of this labour include his 2007 debut album Enter, and a hotly tipped audio-visual live show, which is what he’ll be bringing to Sydney this time around. He blends hip-hop, breaks and DnB, all with the astounding skills of a finely tuned turntablist master, so if you’re a fan be sure to mark this one in your diary.
