One of the cult heroes aboard this year’s Future Music Festival lineup, German tech-head Boys Noize will be keeping the party rolling long after the festival dates pass, revealing exclusively to inthemix that he’ll be kicking around Australia for a full month after his festival commitments finish up.
Speaking to inthemix in an interview last week, the Boys Noize master mind Alex Ridha was happy to report that he’ll be bringing out his electro protégée Housemeister to join in the fun and soak up the tail-end of the Australian summer.
“I’m very excited to come over,” Ridha explained in his thick German brogue. “Because it is so far away I like to spend about a month over there so I can enjoy it, and this time there is going to be some very big shows. I’ve been preparing some stuff in my studio for it.”
So can we expect a second helping of Boys Noize this March? Our money’s on probably, as Ridha’s buddy Housemeister has already announced a string of dates around the country, many of which branded with the Boys Noize Records label. It would make sense to bring Boys Noize back to play club shows, so if nothing else we’ve got our fingers crossed that this inkling becomes reality.
Check out the dates for Housemeister national tour below, where you’ll probably be able to catch Boys Noize in his element, and look out for our full interview online soon.
