Borne out of the global nightlife capital that is Ballarat (ahem), the Yacht Club DJs are hitting the road this month for the ‘Batten Down The Hatches’ tour. The duo will weave from Fremantle to Fortitude Valley, creating wholesale mayhem at each stop.

Since their last conquest around the country on the ‘Kleptomania Tour’, the Yacht Club DJs have enjoyed a heady summer of festivalling. As well as keeping the vibe alive till the wee hours at Falls Festival, the guys triumphed at the Supernatural Amphitheatre for Meredith Music Festival. As ‘Aunty Meredith’ herself said: “Seriously, if these guys were from NYC or Peru we’d fall over ourselves to get them to Meredith.”

These club shows throughout March and April will have all the Yacht Club hallmarks: raucous party tunes, stage invasions and of course trips across the crowd in an inflatable dinghy. Support at the shows comes from rough ‘n ready two-piece DZ and fellow Ballarat exports Howl.
