The trance announcements just keep coming, with Sean Tyas rounding out a national circuit that already includes a Creamfields stop and Liberate shows. Tyas is set to debut his Tytanium events in Perth and Melbourne, making this a tour of firsts.
The New Yorker enjoyed a stellar 2009, earning plaudits for his productions and driving, melodic DJ sets. Tyas’s Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1 early last year (which found room for the likes of Mr Scruff and Talking Heads in a trance set) verified why the likes of Armin van Buuren and Ferry Corsten continue to champion his sound. 2010 promises an artist album, high-profile remixes and worldwide touring, so catch him while you can.
