Back in March we reported that San Francisco’s dirtybird label is celebrating its fifth birthday in 2010, and the party train is leading down under. Now the dates have been locked in for April/May, with bassbins shuddering from Brisbane to Perth.
The birthday tour will be led by dirtybird’s co-captain Justin Martin and secret weapon Worthy. With a string of bumping 12-inches to his name, Martin is also a DJ who knows how to bring the party – a skill he exhibits on the all-killer retrospective mix for the five years of dirtybird triple-CD. He’ll be well backed at these shows by “the underestimated dirtybird” Worthy, who’s no slouch in the production department himself.
