Creamfields’ marathon opening weekend made its third stop at Southern Cross Fields in Brisbane on Monday. Punters flocked to the never-before-used site to soak up the public holiday vibes, with four major stages housing all the acts.
From the forum reports, Joris Voorn was once again a highlight of the day, relishing his high billing on the Planet Hardware stage. The Dutchman’s meticulously-constructed deep techno and house seems to be hitting the spot right around the country so far. Just as he did in Sydney and Perth, Ferry Corsten loaded his mainstage set with his own productions and a smattering of classics, while local boy tyDi took headlining honours in the Cream arena.
