If your appetite for mammoth production and dazzling lighting isn’t sated by Defqon.1’s September return, UK trio (and friends of Tiesto) Muse is coming back in December with the full might of its arena show. The band was here in bombastic form for Big Day Out in January, but these arena gigs are set to be on a far grander scale.

This summer, expect sci-fi stage sets, lasers and plenty of shredding from main man Matt Bellamy. Muse showed off its electronic leanings on recent album The Resistance, and while this won’t be a dance party, it’s sure to be a spectacle.

Muse tour dates:

Sunday 5 December – Brisbane Entertainment Centre
Thursday 9 December – Acer Arena, Sydney
Tuesday 14 December – Rod Laver Arena, December
Sunday 19 December – Bassendean Oval, Perth

Tickets on sale Monday June 7th.

Why head to Planet Perth and not Adelaide?! Might as well play in Tasmania or Darwin...

maybe it the hot day for Sydney BDO, but it seemed as though the crowd had thinned alot when Muse closed the main stage. Biggest crowd i saw all day was for Dizee Rascall...

Yeah not our usual thing by any means, but as you can see by the reactions above, there are some Muse fans here on ITM to be sure.

Vojo, if there was ever a time to bring up that subject, which is valid, you dont bring it up in relation to Muse. It makes you look like a half wit
